The theme of the upper image, Any Stick Will Do, is that when doing magic, how well the magic works does not depend on how dressed up or expensive or otherwise fancy your tools are. That's not to say there's anything wrong with fancy tools. If you feel more magical by dressing in costume and using a staff made of a certain kind of wood, covered in ribbons and beads and symbols, more power to you. But you can also do just as powerful magic with any stick you pick up off the path in the woods. It depends only on the individual magic practicioner's perception and preference.
